Fall 2018 Soccer Registration

 

Tuesday, July 31st is the last day for In-Town soccer players (grades K-3) to sign-up for the Ashland Youth Soccer Fall program!

Registration for the travel program (grades 4-8) is now closed.  Any registrations for travel received at this point will be placed on a wait list.

Register Online

The online registration process allows you to use a credit card for your registration payment.

Please visit our website at ashlandyouthsoccer.org, and click on "Account Sign-In" to register (or click here to go directly to adminsports.net)

Please do not create a new online account to register a returning player or another child.

Registration Details

In-town Players (kindergarten, grades 1-3) - Deadline is July 31st  Register now


In-town fee for grades K-3 is $125 per child. (family max of $290)
In-town registrations received after July 31st will be placed on a waitlist and will incur a $50 late fee (family max $290+late fees). 

Registrations received after this date are not guaranteed a spot on a team.

AYS is unable to accept players that are not entering Kindergarten in the Fall.  Other options to look into for younger players are the Ashland Recreation Department, Teamworks in Northborough, ForeKicks in Marlborough, and John Smith’s in Milford.

 

New 3rd Grade Select Program

Starting this fall, there will be one boys and one girls 3rd grade select team.  Members of this team will play with their regular in-town team, and then have a few extra games against teams from neighboring towns.  This team will be selected in September based upon the coaches’ recommendations.  If your child is interested in playing on the select team, simply inform the coach of your child’s fall team and he or she will be considered.  There will be no extra charge for participating

 

Fee waivers

AYS believes that all players should have the opportunity to participate regardless of financial situation. If you feel that you need financial assistance with registration fees, please register your child, and choose “fee waiver request,” at the point of payment.  You must then send an email to the registrar at aysregistrar@gmail.com with a short statement describing why you are requesting financial assistance. You must also include in the email, how much of the registration fee you are able to afford.  Please note that until the registrar approves your financial assistance, your player is not registered for AYS.  Please note that financial assistance is available on a case-by-case basis and is for registration fees only. All players are responsible for uniform costs. (first shirts for in-town players only are included in registration fee).

 

AYS Cancellation Policy

AYS will issue a 100% refund if you cancel before registration closes. AYS will issue a 50% refund if it is within 30 days after registration closes. After that point, there are no refunds given. 

AYS will issue a full refund for a child if there is no team available for the child to play on. Please be advised as always uniform costs are not refundable.
