To get paid for Refereeing a BAYS Travel game you must be registered (and approved by that town) on the BAYS web site. All BAYS Travel Referees will need to Register on the BAYS web site and apply to referee in Ashland. If you intend to Referee BAYS games in other towns you must also apply for approval with them (eg: Hopkinton, Framingham, etc.).
BAYS introduced online referee management. The process is straight forward, and starts with each Referee self-registering at the BAYS web site. If you are already MSRC certified (and not a first-year Referee), please use the BAYS Referee Registration link to setup a BAYS account and provide your information. If you already have a BAYS account, don't worry, they will identify your existing account and update your credentials. You will then login through the Unified Login page, and apply to the town(s) you desire to referee for (hint: Ashland). That's it! Next step is game assignment by the referee assignors. Once the game schedule has been created, town assignor's will allocate games to you, and you will be notified via email to accept or reject the games. Be sure to monitor your email daily and accept/reject games ASAP. More details will be provided as you move through the referee registration process.
New, first-year Referees should contact the
after completing the MSRC Referee Course.
